I've been playing with making speaker boxes for years, but after the purchase of a Ryobi BT3100 table saw, I was finally able to make decent size projects that came out somewhere near square!

One of the first projects that I did was a set of the Fostex recommended enclosures for the FE103E.  I figured that the Radio Shack 40-1197 was a close enough match for the 103 to work really quite well in this enclosure.

Bert Doppenberg's design for a dual 4" driver design had intrigued me for years...so, I printed out his plans and stuffed them in a drawer....well, Bert took the plans off the web about the time I wanted to start building them, so it was a good thing that I had stashed the plans and cut list!
